The “authentic” Paella Valenciana: consisting of rice, chicken, rabbit, ferraura (green beans) and garrofó (white beans) and sometimes snails. It is a typical dish during the weekend for many families in Valencia. And one important thing: it´s best eaten for LUNCH and shared with families and friends right out of the typical paella pan with a good wine or beer.
Many places offer paella and variations like “arroz a banda”, “arroz negro”, “arroz con bogavante” or “arroz con verduras”. But finding the right location is a difficult task.
